Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

To start a return, email us at hello@speks.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we've reviewed your request, we'll confirm whether it's approved and provide instructions for sending the item back.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, contact us straight away at hello@speks.co.uk so we can look into it and put things right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including personalised or custom-made products.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the item you have, once your return has been approved, and place a new order for the item you want.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, you'll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
